| ASKPC condemn admn for not allowing religious procession | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 25: The activists of All state kashmiri pandit conference (ASKPC) have strongly condemn the state administration in valley for not allowing Kashmiri Pandits to take out religious procession on eve of Ramnavmi at Srinagar the other day. In a meeting hold here today chaired by RK Raina condemn the action of Kashmir administration playing with the sentiments of minority communities of the valley who for the last over 20 years suffered a lot. Addressing the meeting HL Chatta, pointed out that Kashmir administration was not allowed Ram Navmi procession which arranged by KPs in the valley and said that on one side the government under the chief minister ship of Umar Abdullah is claiming normalcy in the valley and asking troops to withdraw, but on the other hand religious processions of KPs are not allowed. He praised the people of Sogar (Kupwara) who praised the action of para-military forces for protecting the people of the area during militant attacks. While MK Sher, Sr. member of the organization lambassed the writer of a new story published in a local newspaper against KPs. Rakes Tickoo said that anti-social element in the valley are bent upon to change the real name of Anantnag to that Islamabad. AK Dhar demanded age relaxation of migrant youths for government jobs and grants of one time stipend of Rs 25 lakhs in favour of migrant youths who have crossed the age of 43 years and are not employed any where.
