| PDD daily wagers criticize government for befooling them | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 25: To criticize the recent statement given by the state government regarding the regularization of the large number of daily wagers in the PDD, the daily wagers alleges that the government is befooling the entire daily wagers community by giving such statements. This was alleged by the State President, PDD Daily wagers, Tarun Gutpa, in a press conference held here today. Speaking during the conference he said that All J and K Power Development Department (PDD) Daily Wagers Union, Jammu have shown their great resentment against the Chief Minister (CM) Omar Abdullah, who had promised us earlier that the problems of the Daily Wagers shall be fulfilled, within a time frame manner. But despite of giving assurances nothing had been done by the Government to regularize the daily wagers who are serving the department from last many years.
Gupta warned the State Government that if our demands shall not be fulfilled with in three days then all the J and K PDD Daily Wagers will go for agitation.
