| Togadia to visit Jammu on 18th Apr | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 25: "Inter-national General Secretary, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Pravin Togadia to visit City of Temples to take part in a programme, Dharam Raksha Nidhi" informed VHP state president rama kant dubey here on Thursday. Interacting with media, Dubey further informed that during his three day visit to jammu city, from 18th to 20th April, 2010, Togadia will visit Kathua, Udhampur, Reasi, Akhnoor and other areas of Jammu Province. Dubey said that its high time now and Hindus should come forward and get united as a single power. He said that just as Christians and Muslim work under a missionary in the same way VHP has also formed a 'Dharam Raksha Nidhi' which would help in the uplift of the followers of Hindu religion. "With this money we would not only fight against terrorism but would also help destitute people of Hindu religion" he added. He disclosed that Jammu Kashmir border Hindus, Hindu labourers from other Indian states are still facing the Jehadi religious cleansing there, everyday our army/policemen die there. He informed that VHPs' Dharam Raksha Nidhi, a Hindu helpline, which would be the first of its kind in the world. He said, anybody, particularly a Hindu, who is in trouble can call up the helpline and be assisted by that area's VHP member. He also exhorted Hindus to donate money at the Dharam Raksha Nidhi as it was for the safeguard of the Hindus and their religion. |
