| Digital Photography workshop enters 3rd day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 25: The ongoing Digital Photography Workshop, which began on March 23 at Paulian Bal Kendra of Jammu Bal Bhavan, entered into third day today. Thirty children drawn from rural, border and backward areas are participating in this five-day workshop. Head of Department Photography Unit, National Bal Bhavan, New Delhi Rajinder Wadhwa and Sanjay are the resource persons for the workshop. During the workshop, the participants would be made aware about the history of photography in India, its different phases of and development in this area, keeping pace with new trends and techniques. Focusing, angle, difference between the negative format and digital format, types of lenses, types of light, types of camera, distancing and effects of light will also be explained to the children. Children will also be taken out for outdoor shoots to have a feel of the activity. The valedictory function will be on March 27 in which a photo exhibition and a slide show will be put up. Certificates of participation will be given to those who will complete the entire process of the workshop. It is to mention here that the workshop was inaugurated by Fr Thomas, Lalita Nanda and Sanjay.
