| VKM international organizes protest rally against corruption | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 27: A massive protest rally against the menace of corruption was taken out by Vichar Kranti Manch (VKM) international activist in various part of the city. The main rally was taken out from Mubarak Mandi and terminated at Raj Bhawan were memorandum was presented to the governor, requesting him to weed out corrupt officers and ministers.
Former of VKM Dr. RR Khajuria while addressing the gathering said that the purpose of organizing the rally is to launch crusade against corruption as both state and centre government failed to implement our suggestion for eradication of corruption. He urges that dismiss the corrupt officers, and confiscate their entire property even after retirement. He also demanded to make mandatory for all MLA's MLC's and ministers etc to make public their assets etc and source of income yearly. The rally among others was also addressed by AK Raina, Dr Gurmeet Singh, ER Poswal, SK Jain, Col Baldev Singh, Col Bana Ram, Arunima Sharma, S N Sharma, HN Tikkoo, Gohar Hafeez Fani, Dr Ush Tikko etc.
