NC workers hold meet at Gool Gujral

Jammu, Mar 28: As the elections for Jammu Municipal Corporation are around the corner, a massive meet of national conference workers was held at Camp road, Gool Gujral here today.
Addressing the rally the ex. Dy. Mayor Dharamveer Singh Jamwal said during the last five years a number of developmental work have been completed in ward no. 32, being its corporator. He said corporator has direct link with the people and is to remain available 24 hrs and added people are the best judge to give credit to the corporator for his work. He said there are problems which people face directly as far as ward is concern it can be solved by the corporator, with the support of people and demanded that PHE, PDP, UEED, sanitation R&B health centres etc where municipality should be under the corporation.
He further said the main aim of my life is to serve the people irrespective of creed, colour, religion etc. He on the occasion pledged to do lot for the development of ward, with peoples support for the next five years.
Among others who are addressed the rally were senior leader of NC, which include MLA, Rashpal Singh, Rattan Lal Gupta, MA Bukhari, CM Sharma, Ashok Bhagat, Rajesh Bakshi, Ayub Malik, A Singh Manhas, Subash Bhagat, Laxmi Dutta, SS Jamwal, Succha Singh, SS Singh Bunty and Rashpal. These leaders urged upon the people to vote enmass on the day of voting in favour of ex.mayor and councellor of ward no. 32 Dharamveer Singh Jamwal, who has the potential to give new look to ward no. 32. They said Jamwal wants to get two mini stadiums constructed one at Panjpeer and other at Gool Gujral for the poor youth who are part and parcel of the ward, beside is very eager to get some flats constructed for poor people at Panjpeer. He also want to children park constructed near revenue complex. Vote for Dharamveer is vote for development of ward no. 32, the speaker said.
