| Kashmir is crown of India: Farooq Abdullah | | | Agencies Kochi, Mar 28: Asserting that Kashmir was an integral part of the country, National Conference leader and Union Minister Farooq Abdullah has said that Jammu and Kashmir was crown of India and would remain so. "It has never been questioned whether Kashmir is part of India or not. It is the crown of India and it will remain crown of India whatever happens," he said at an award function here last night. He said India was able to defeat attempts made by Pakistan to create trouble by sending terrorists. Pakistan wants to keep on hammering, but it was not successful "that is the greatness of our army and police." "Now the LeT and others are threatening us for acting against them. We have to act against all those who come to destroy our life," Abdullah, a former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, said.
