| Kashmiri youth arrested at Octroi BoP | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 28:
A Kashmiri youth was Sunday taken into custody by BSF troops after he drove past the Octroi Border Outpost (BoP) at Suchetgarh, RS Pura, without permission.
The incident occured when Riyaz Ahmed Wani drove his load carrier straight into the octroi BoP located on International Border (IB) in RS Pura by ignoring the signal from security guards to stop, according to police sources.
He was immediately arrested and the vehicle seized. One ATM card, a Bangalore-Jammu train ticket of March 23 and a mobile set was recovered from him, the sources added.
During questioning, as he failed to give satisfactory replies to BSF officials, he was handed over to police for detailed interrogatio
