| Kranti Dal pays tributes to martyrs, donate blood | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 30: To remember Shakeel Bhagat Singh, and other freedom fighters who sacrificed their life for country's freedom, Kranti Dal organization activists donate blood for the needy patients of government medical college hospital here today. Speaking on the occasion, president of Kranti Dal Roop Singh said the youth must come forward for social causes and shun the path of addiction. He said the youth are mislead by some anti-national elements who lure them to drugs for monitory gains etc. general secretary Pritam Sharma is of the opinion that the government must increase the number of deaddiction centre so that those youth who have fallen in bad habits will be able to get rid of them and government must formulate a policy to bring those culprits to book, who are hell bent to make our future generation addict. Samarjeet Singh and Harasis Singh also said that the youth brigade of the Kranti Dal will be following the path shown by Shaheed Bhagat Singh and will not to tolerate any illegal activities and the youth of the state stand against such acts Himanshu Bali said that the blood donation is the best donation a person shall be able to donate to the needy. Principal of GMC, Dr. Rajinder Singh incharge blood bank Prof TR Raina and superintendent Dr. Ramesh Gupta were present on the occasion and thanked the activists of Kranti Dal by the gesture of their for the well being of patients in particular and society in general. They also said that they will also do their best efforts to help. Others who also present were Lovely Singh, Sankul Gupta, Gurbachan Singh, Sandeep Gupta, Rattan Lal, Kimat Angral and Bal Krishan Kohli.
