"Not only Opposition parties MLAs are dissatisfied with the coalition's working but the members of ruling parties are unhappy over the performance of the government. "Even the legislators of coalition partners are not being heard by the treasury benches. They have also adopted indifferent approach towards the opposition MLAs," he charged. Saying that 'when the cat is away the mice will play', Harshdev Singh referred the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's absence from the House and said, "Most of the time the Chief Minister remain absent from the house, as a result ministers don not attend the proceedings of the house. They have adopted a casual approach while responding to the concern shown by the MLAs."
