| New HC CJ to take oath before Apr 13 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 31: Sikkim High Court (HC) Chief Justice, Justice Aftab H Saikia and J&K HC Chief Justice Barin Ghosh would swap positions.
A notification in this regard has been issued by President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, according to HC sources.
Sources said a HC officer had left for New Delhi to collect warrants of transfer of the Chief Justice.
Justice Saikia was scheduled to take oath on or before April 13, the sources added. |
