| Four girls rescued from ultras in Kishtwar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 31: Four teenaged girls were today rescued by security forces from the clutches of militants in Kishtwar. Police sources said four girls, aged between 16-19, were abducted by militants from Jawalpur forests of Kishtwar Tuesday. After people approached them, troops of 26 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) launched an operation in the area last evening. Sources said after hectic searches in the forests, troops were able to free the girls from the captivity of militants. The girls were later restored to their parents. Sources said troops were continuing with their searches in the area to hunt down the militants.
