| 3 day free eye operation camp concludes at Hiranagar | | |

Kathua, Mar 31: A three day free eye check up and cataract operation camp organized by Shakti Punj a social organization at Sub district Hospital, Hiranagar in collaboration with directorate of Health Service Jammu concluded here today. The camp was inaugurated by minister for health.
The doctors Dr. Ashok Sharma, Dr. Shekhar and Dr. Ashwani Kumar conducted the operation. Out of 789 patients 114 cataract patients were identified for cataract operation and out of which 91 patients were operated in three days. The state health department provided free medicence, lenses and glasses to the patients. There was also provision of free breakfast, lunch and dinner for the patients.
The executive committee of the Shakti Punj is highly thankful to the BMO. Dr Ajay Khajuria administration and people for their full cooperation in smooth conduction of the camp Members of the organization who worked in the camp included Anil Kumar, Rajiv Gupta, Kuljeet Singh, Lukhinder Singh and Shantu etc.
