JAMMU, Apr 1: Speaker Legislative Assembly, Mohamamd Akbar Lone today snubbed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA, Lal Chand when he tore the copy of question booklet and threw pieces towards the Chair during Question Hour.
It all happened when the Speaker asked the BJP MLA to raise his question. While all other BJP MLAs accompanied by the JKNPP and JSM legislators staged walkout from the House over Dogra Certificate issue, Lal Chand, who ignored the Speaker's direction, joined his party MLAs.
Soon after realizing, he went back to his seat and sought the Speaker's attention but the Speaker asked the Congress MLA, G A Mir to raise his question.
Irked over being unheard by the Speaker, the BJP MLA moved to the front row and tore the copy of the question booklet and threw the pieces towards the Chair which invited the Speaker's ire who retorted, "Kaya Tameej Hai. Mashali Bazaar Mein Aaye Ho Kaya……."
