| CBI summons Sabina, husband for questioning | | Kashmir Sex Scandal | | Srinagar, October 13: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned JK sex abuse case king pin Sabina and her husband in connection with the investigation of Mahraj Gunj and Magam sexual exploitation cases registered in the year 2004.
Meanwhile nine sex abuse case accused are being flown to Srinagar, while as Shabir Langoo on Friday submitted his bail application before Chandigarah high court.
Sources while disclosing informed that after an advocate who was accused in the case, Shabir Langoo is the second accused having filed a bail application before Chandigarah high court. Chief judicial Magistrate Srinagar has, according to sources, directed sex abuse case king pin Sabina and her husband Hameed Billa through District and Session Judge Chandigarah to present themselves before Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on October 17. It has been learnt that CBI is going to put Sabina and her husband Hameed Billa to questioning in connection with two sexual exploitation cases registered at Mahraj Gunj and Magam in the year 2004.
The other two sex abuse case accused Mehraj-ud-Din Malik and Dy.SP Mohd Ashraf Mir will, according to sources, file a bail application before the state high court on October 15. Advocate Molvi Aijaz said that he is going to file bail application on behalf of both the sex abuse case accused before the high court and claimed to have started ground work for the same.
