Jammu, Apr 2: A delegation of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) lead by Harbans Choudhary state Gen Secretary Shamsher Chabd Distt President, Ravinder Singh Jamwal, Som Dass, Ashok Goswami and Bushan Sharma met Additional provident fund (P.F) Commissioner Jammu and brought into his notice that employers were exploiting the workers by even making different components of minimum wages for the purpose of contributing less amount on A/c of P.F contribution. Delegation appreciated the efforts of Add (P.F) commissioner office for instructing to its P.F inspectors for compliance of P.F contribution on full wages at least up to minimum wages fixed by the Govt and 70:30 ratio basc of allowance an above then minimum wages. In the meeting it was also demanded schedule to P.F subscriber has not been issued from the year together particularly those accounts who are not computerized as yet.
The Add P.F commissioner given patient hearing and assured that in no case contribution will be accepted less than minimum wages. Strict action will be taken up at his level.
