| Tourist Taxi Operator Federation call on Div Com | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER

Jammu province special tourist taxi operators association today submitted a memorandum to Divisional Commissioner highlighting their demands and illegal operation of un-authorized vehicles.
Inderjeet Sharma chairman of association demanded that traffic department and regional transport authority Jammu to conduct checking of all the taxies playing under the banner of Jammu province tourist taxi operator, federation, Jammu at various points viz ,railway station, TRC, Airport and Katra at a time point wise so that the requisite legal documents of the taxies are checked and verified. There after a certificate be issued jointly by that no taxi operator is un-necessarily harassed and humiliated by the traffic police after every 100 mtrs.
According to a hand out of the association the is reported to have assured the deputation of early redressal of their genuine grievances.
The deputation was among others accompanied by president, of the federation Anchal Singh Manhas, Jitender Singh, Jorawar Singh.
