| JKVDA honors newly appointed doctors | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 4: Jammu and Kashmir Veterinary Doctors Association Jammu honored the newly appointed veterinary doctors in a function held. On the occasion, President JKVDA, Dr. M.T. Krishan while welcoming the newly appointed doctors explained the objectives of JKVDA, regarding right and duties of the doctors. Dr Krishan said that the JKVDA is a pioneer organization involved in guiding the state government regarding programs and plans for achieving self- sufficiency in milk and mutton production besides advocating the right of doctors. The function was organized for registration of newly appointed doctors at Jammu in which 50 doctors participated. All the invited members took oath to get the state towards self sufficiency in milk and mutton production for which they are ready to provide any sacrifice. The prominent members who attended the ceremony included Dr.R.K.Anand, Dr Ashok Gupta, Dr. D.B Singh and others.
