Jammu, Apr 4: Gurdwara Parbandak Committee of Gurdwara Sahib Shri Gursingh Sabha, Raniu Talab has appealed to the Sangat of the state the followers of Sikh faith to participate in large numbers in the Samagam on April 11, 2010 dedicated to Baisakhi-birthday of Khalsa and new building at Gurdwara, Rani Talab.
Addressing the media persons, the president of the association Avtar Singh Khalsa said that in the Samagam, the freedom fighters of India, the intellectuals and outstanding students of Jammu, the parents of Kargil martyrs and Sikhs serving in the army and other paramilitary forces will be honored by the Sangat of the Gurdwara Rani Talab, Digiana. He further said that the prominent figures of the 'Panth' going to participate in the Samagam included Mahant Manjeet Singh and president SGPC Avtar Singh Makkar.
