CCB shareholders hail decision

Jammu, Apr 5: The shareholders of 'Citizens Cooperative Bank Ltd' hailed the decision of the J&K special tribunal for setting aside the orders of registrar cooperative societies (J&K) which had earlier superseded the duly elected board of directors of the bank. The shareholders thronged the administrative office of the bank and garlanded Dinesh Gupta and members of the board and gave welcome to the board of directors headed by Dinesh Gupta as chairman, Narinder Singh, BS Manhas, Deepak Gupta, Arun Gupta, Kailash Langer, Shashi Pal Vaid and Kuldip Gupta were present on the occasion. Welcoming the directors shareholders expressed the decision as historic one and appreciated that it was in the true spirit of cooperative. Dinesh Gupta thanked the share holders and staff of the bank for showing an affectionate and honorable gesture and looked forward for their cooperation in future. He assured that all the full support and cooperation from him and all the esteemed members f the board as was being done earlier.
