Poonch, Apr 5: The unit of J&K Pahari speaking youth forum of the district in a meeting framed a body appointing Harbans Singh as its district president.
The other members of the body are Sarabjeet Singh, Javid Ahmed, Shafiq Ahmed, Goura Sharma, Manjeet Singh, Rameez Rather, Wahid Khalid, S. Hussian Kazmi etc.
The body was constituted on the recommendation of Abrar Ahmed Khan chairman J&K pahari speaking youth forum.
