Jammu, Apr 5: The executive body of scheduled caste welfare association (SCWA) have decided to celebrate birthday celebration of Baba Sahib BR Ambedkars on April 25. The union minister of energy Dr. Farooq Abdullah is going to address the gathering. On the occasion a charter of demands will be presented to him. Beside him, minister of law, rural development and social welfare also expected to attend the celebrations. An awareness camp will be held at Udhampur on May 7. The meeting was attended by BR Kundal, Om Raj Bhall, secretary, Milkhi Ram sarpanch, Saran Dass, Jagdish Raj Bhagat, Mangal Dass of Udhampur, Krishan Lal and Ishri Devi Bhagat of Dhansal block and others.
