Harsh for enhancement in pay for ReTs, SPOs

Harsh Dev Singh, Former Minister and MLA Ramnagar called upon the Govt. to announce immediate enhancement of honorarium of RET teachers in view of assurances held out from time to time and the commitment made on the floor of the Legislative Assembly during the last session held at Srinagar. He said, non –fulfillment of the aforesaid commitment would amount to contempt of the house which could entail Breach of privilege proceedings against the Govt.
Singh made this statement while interacting with delegation of RET teachers who met him during his two days tour of Ramnagar Constituency.
According press release while addressing a huge rally at Paletar, Harsh Dev re-iterated his commitment to develop Ramnagar as a model constituency and to provide all basic amenities with particular reference to education, health care and road connectivity even in the remote villages. He made a mention of the development initiatives launched buy him in the area and called upon the people to actively associate themselves and to monitor the developmental works so as to ensure that quality was not comprised at any stage.
Responding to the demand of the people for construction of Kawarnoo Bridge, Singh
Said the bridge costing Rs.37.00 lacs would be taken up for construction of new buildings for MS Paletar, HS Shamma, Ms Chiani, HS Thalora, Pry. School Madhal , Pry Paldai and PS Poona . He called upon the power development officers accompanying him to take immediate steps of electrification of various villages including Sulan, Garialta, Parla Udhak, Birnu, Prey, Beri, Taleni,Tagan Ansu Nali. He called upon the R&B Deptt. to ensure early completion of various roads in the area.
Harsh Dev Called upon the PHE Deptt to ensure water supply to various villages he called upon the Health Deptt to ensure early opening of Health centres at Blhand and Neeli in view of decisions taken in district development board meetings. Eh called upon animal husbandry deptt. to establish veterinary centres at Kulwant and Sundla Villages as per decision taken in last board meeting.
Harsh Dev Singh called upon the home Deptt. to release the enhanced salary of all SPOs and members in view of highly sensitive nature of their duties.
Prominent among these who addressed the gathering included Sunit Singh, Vinod Khajuria, Shiv Ram, Dev Singh, Basharat Ali, Rasal Chand, Sita Ram, Kusum Jasrotia, Ranbir Singh, Mast Ram, Prem Nath, Kulbhushan, Gopal Ssingh, Karnail Singh, Dr. Krishan Lal, Daulat Ram.
