JAMMU: Hashmat Ali, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as OSD to Chief Secretary with immediate effect. He will take over as the Principal Private Secretary to Chief Secretary w.e.f the 31st May, 2010 (AN) on superannuation of Mrs. Shamima Rashid. An order to this effect was issued by the General Administration Department here today.
