| "Groom students for competitions": Sham | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Apr 8: Quality education is need of the hour to enable the, students to compete in the competitions stated Minister for Health, Horticulture and Floriculture, Sham Lal Sharma . He stressed the need for reorientation of present education set up. To make it in tune with present day requirement of the job market. The Minister was speaking at an Annual Day function of DCM Public School at Gurah Brahmna near Akhnoor today. Sharma said that the Government is keen to promote private sector in both the health and education fields, as these two sectors are closely associated with the human development. He lauded the role of private educational institutions for supplementing the Government efforts to provide quality education for producing efficient manpower. The Minster also gave away prizes to the meritorious students.
