| Sikh organisations support bandh call | | |

JAMMU, Apr 8: Sikh Organisations of Jammu has extended its support to the Jammu bandh call given by the Bharatiya Janta Party on April 9, 2010 against the proposed ban on Inter District Recruitment in a meeting held here today. The participants had decided to support the bandh call, as it is the matter of future of the un-employed Youths who are being deprived by the State Government by their policies against the Jammuites. The ban on Inter District Recruitment would affect their constitutional rights of the people belong to different reserved categories like Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribe in the State. Prominent organizations whose representatives were present on the occasion included All India Sikh Students Federation, All J&K Sikh Youth Organization, Nirbhow Nirvair Organization J&K and Istri Sudhar Sabha.
