Jammu, Apr 9: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorr-uption Duni Chand Sagotra granted five days police remand to Junior Engineer Ali Mohd of RDD Dept of Kotranka District Rajouri who was caught red-handed yesterday by VOJ, while accepting Rs 7200 as bribe from contractor Mohd Afzal for releasing the payment of work done by him. VOJ today produced JE in custody before the Court for seeking his custodial remand for custodial investigation. Court after considering the remand application filed by Investigating Officer of VOJ, granted five days police remand of JE with the direction to produce the accused in the after completion of the period of remand. ---JNF
