| DRB murder of backward classes: TAPF | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Apr 10: THE Terrorism Affected People’s Front (TAPF) held a meeting over inter-district recruitment bill, here today. The leaders of the front criticised the state government for delibrately passing the bill which has deprived the Scheduled tribes ALC and RBA classes from their rights. Terming it unfortunatue, they alleged that NC-Cong.govt.has slaughtered the people of Rajouri-Poonch by passing the inter- district recruitment bill in the state assembly without any discussion. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of its convenors Mohd.Farooq Mir,Dr.Mumtaz Hussain Shah Bukhari,Shiv Kumar,Koushal Gupta and Rajeev Charak. ``We condemn the government for ignoring the ST/ALC/RBA while passing the inter- district recruitment bill in the assembly. It is a murder of poor and backward communities.These communities have a large population in Rajouri-Poonch.Now they cannot apply for the posts in Kashmir valley .This is an unconstitutional bill and the people of Rajouri-Poonch will not accept this discriminatory bill at any cost,'' they added. Meanwhile, the front members urged all the ST/ALC and RBA organisations and people to fight unitedly against NC-Cong government . The meeting was also attended by Shafi Dar, Bali Bhagat,Vibodh Gupta, Advocate Sheikh Haffiz Khatib, Manjeet Razdan, Ravi Badyal, Ishtaq Wan, Shaker Peer and secretary of the front Ravinder Raina.
