| Transporters asked to collect authorization letters | | | Early times report
JAMMU, Apr 10: The Transport Commissioner, Jammu has asked the beneficiaries whose cases were approved by the Government for issue of 2x2 permits on various routes to overcome with transport deficiency in the State and the beneficiaries who had applied for grant of letter of authority/authorization for different categories of commercial passenger vehicles are asked to appear in person alongwith bonafide valid Identity Card in this office on any working day to obtain the letter of authority/authorization approved in his favour on payment of appropriate fee. In case of any difficulty to appear him/herself in person in whose case letter of authority/authorization has been sanctioned, the genuine person may send his valid bonafide Identity Card through any of his authorized family member alongwith authorization letter for collection of letter of authority to avoid misgivings.
