| Soz, Malik attend Baisakhi function | | | SRINAGAR: Forgetting mutual animosities, mainstream politicians and separatists of different hues were seen wishing each other and exchanging pleasantries at a function here today.
The function to celebrate the upcoming Baisakhi festival was hosted by a Sikh Coordination Committee in a local hotel to foster brotherhood and pray for the prosperity of the people of Jammu Kashmir state.
Prominent among the participants were Jammu and Kashmir Congress president Saifuddin Soz and JKLF chairman and Muhammad Yasin Malik. Other participants included Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) acting chairman, Moulana Abdullah Tori, Saleem Geelani and Zaffar Akber Bhat.
Besides a good number of lawyers, writers, journalists and people from all walks of life attended the function.
