SRINAGAR, Apr 12: CPI (M) State Secretary and MLA Kulgam M. Y Tarigami has termed implementation of ESMA an approach which is uncalled for to deal with the crisis emerging out of government employees strike. In a statement issued here, Tarigami has stressed upon the government to find out an amicable solution to the issues and address the genuine demands of the employees on strike. The CPI (M) state secretary has also appealed the employee unions to shun the path of rigidity and be concerned about their duties as they are concerned about their rights. "Both the sides should understand that it is the common man which is suffering and both should find out a settlement to the issue, in order to mitigate the sufferings of people.
The MLA Kulgam has observed adding that the government as well as its functionaries should realize the agony of the people by not keeping them hostage anymore.
