Singh said that: "Employees are fighting for their just demands which were agreed upon by the cabinet-sub-committee. He accused the coalition for back tracking from its commitment and for the present crises in whole state. " All Jammu and Kashmir Pensioners Association and All India Trade Union Congress have also extended their support to strike of the employees and urged government to concede demands of the employees.Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Association (JKNA)- a constituent of the Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) - warned the government that if the detained union leaders are not released, they would be compelled to suspend 'emergency services' in the government hospitals in protest against the government."The employee's leaders detained by police under Essential Services Maintenance Ordinance (ESMO) should be set free immediately," demanded JKNA president Pawanjeet while addressing a press conference at the SMGS hospital this morning, adding, "If the demand will not be accepted, the emergency services in government hospitals will be suspended to press the demands."
