| Speaker discusses establishment of college | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 12: Speaker, State Legislative Assembly Mohammad Akbar Lone today convened a meeting of officers and discussed threadbare various issues related to establishment of Degree College at Sumbal.
The meeting was attended by the Comm/Secy Finance, Sudhanshu Pandey, Comm /Secy Planning, BB Vyas, Comm/Secy GAD, Bhasrat Ahmad Dar, Comm/Secy Higher Education NK Varma and Secretary, Legi-slative Assembly Moham-mad Ramzan. Deliberations were held with regard to acquiring of land also. It was resolved that degree college would be established at Sumbal very soon which will be made functional in the current fiscal.
Lone called for expediting all prerequisites for the establishment of the college.
