| Mufti, Mehbooba greet people on Baisakhi | | |

SRINAGAR, Apr 14: Former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and president of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mehbooba Mufti have greeted people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi.
In a message PDP leaders said that this festival marks commencement of harvesting season and farmers start reaping fruits of their hard work after this festival.
PDP leaders further said that Baisakhi signifies prosperity and growth. They further prayed for the peace, harmony, brotherhood and prosperity of the State on this auspicious occasion.
PDP leaders said that such festival symbolizes brotherhood and communal harmony of the State.
