They said that several assurances to clear the way given by the BDO Hiranagar Sh. Om Parkash Jangral doesn't work. The villagers among the Tara Singh, Kuldeep Raj, Bushan Dass, Bishamber Dass, Bushan Master, Jaswant Singh, Karm Singh Avtar Singh and Pritam Singh said that several deputations meet the BDO Hiranagar, Tehsildar, Police station and even the court in Kathua to lodge the problems of road blockage due to the dumping of digged earth material during the construction of toe wall by the block development office, Hiranagar under the supervision of Graham Sewak Dev Raj and without the physical presence of the Junior Engineer Sabita who played negligent role to use the proper way for construction and dump the waste material in safer place. They alleged that all the vehicles are parked out of the village even the flowing water on this uneven area flows inside the houses of the residents. They further said that this is the main road linking a number of villages named Lower Tokal, Chachardh and etc. but surprisingly even after many assurances of the BDO Hiranagar to clear the roads up to March 31, no action has been taken by the concerned authority. They warned the BDO and the SHO of the Hiranagar if the problems of the villagers are not solved immediately, the people would have to stage the dharna.
