| Stranded passengers airlifted | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Apr 14: Kargil Courier operated between Srinagar and Kargil and 55 passengers were airlifted in AN-32 Airforce plane from Srinagar and 10 passengers including one serious patient were airlifted from Kargil.
35-year-old serious patient Akbar Ali, son of Haji Mohammed Hasan, resident of Karchey Khar Sankoo, Kargil suffering from Acute Abdomen Sepsis with serious respiratory failure expired in SKIMS Soura. Arrangement is being made to send the body to Kargil.
