| Youth nabbed with proxyvon capsules | | | Early times report
JAMMU, Apr 15: A youth was arrested by police from Sarwal here this evening with 400 capsules of the banned proxyvon.
He was identified as Sanjay Koul. Police had registered a case against him under the relevant sections of law.
