| GTT opens global educentre in Jammu | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 15: The Global Talent Track (GTT) a global educentre was inaugurated by the Minister for Revenue and Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla yesterday. Atul Mahajan, director GTT global educentre Jammu emphasized that in the current scenario uemployment is the challenge for the society and GTT mission is to act a bridge between the industry and the unemployment through the placement Tie-ups with the most of the MNC's. He said university of Kashmir has tied-up with GTT for a project aimed at enhancing the employability of youths across the state through assessment and skill training. GTT has earlier worked with university of Pune, partnering with CISCO to provide skill programmes to students. As per press release company continues to strengthen and expand its strategic relationships with academic and industry partners across verticals and geographies including telecommunications, government, public sector, financial services, life sciences, healthcare and manufacturing industries. GTT's and global educentres are in Jaipur, Delhi, Chandigarh, Mangalore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Ahmednagar, Pune and now in Jammu. GTT is a venture which aims to address the current gap in the demand and supply of trained resource and is designed 'to deliver quality with scale'. Track is a venture promoted by seasoned industry professionals from IT, Banking, BPO and Education sectors, plans to provide a range of short and long terms courses in a number of vocational fields and will train 5,00,000 people in five year's time.
