JAMMU, Apr 16:
A 24-year-old youth was found murdered near his in-laws's house at Sadda in Kalakote, Rajouri, today. Police sources said Sumeed Singh of Bagori, who had come to his
in-laws' house at Sadda, was murdered by some unknown persons early
Friday morning.
His body was found lying at in isolated place, about 100 yards from his in-laws' house. The face was badly damaged and it seemed as if it had been hit repeatedly with some heavy object, the sources added.
Sources said after locals informed police, the latter rushed to the spot and evacuated the body to the Rajouri district hospital where post-mortem was conducted on it.
It was later handed over to his family members for last rites. Though police had registered a murder case in this connection, no one had been arrested till late tonight.
