| HC stays transfer of Food Inspector | | | Early times report
Jammu, Apr 18: Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir in a petition challenging Govt order whereby the petitioner has been reverted to the post of Food Inspector from the post of Incharge Executive Officer and also challenged the order of the Director Local Bodies whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Municipal Committee Banihal, has issued notice returnable within two weeks which was accepted by Advocate Adarsh Sharma appearing for the respondents, Court after hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi appearing for the petitioner ordered that in the meantime subject to objections from the other side and till next date of hearing, the transfer order of the petition issued on dated April 1, 2010 shall remain stayed. ---JNF
