| Four die of heart attacks | | | JAMMU: Four persons, including two police cops, an army jawan and a Vaishno Devi pilgrim, died of heart attacks here today. Mona Bhai (35) suffered a heart attack at Adhkunwari while she was on her way to the holy cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi, police sources said.
She died while being shifted to hospital. She hailed from Ramgarh in Madhya Pradesh.
Cop Razak Ahmad (35) of district special branch of police, collapsed at Jewel Chowk, where he was deployed, in the afternoon. He was shifted to the GMC Hospital where he died. He hailed from Talab Tillo.
Cop Arshad Ahmad Bhatti (31), who was on duty at high-altitude post at Thilloo in Reasi, suffered heart attack while he was keeping vigil in the area. He was killed on the spot. Army jawan Kulveer Singh, who came home yesterday following his sister's death, suffered a cardiac arrest at his house in Jammu. He breathed his last in hospital.
