| Slathia inaugurates Advocate Chambers | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Samba, Apr 22: Minister for Industries and Comm-erce, SS Slathia today inaugurated 12 Chambers for Advocates at the District Court Complex in Samba. The Chambers have been constructed at a cost of Rs 10 lakhs by the R&B Department and handed over to the Court authorities for allotment.
MLA Samba, Yash Paul Kundal and Chairman, Jammu Central Cooperative Bank, Mohinder Singh was also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Surjit Singh Slathia said that facility would benefit the advocates and public in general. He called upon the advocates to provide free legal services to the poor people. Slathia later held a meeting in the Court premises and discussed various issues confronting the advocates and assured that their genuine demands would be looked into sympathetically.
Earlier, the Minister inaugurated a private show room at Gangyal dealing in the Aquaware.
