College students boycott classes

Students of Govt. Degree College under NSUI boycotted their classes and authorities, who failed providing in providing them basic facilities.
The morning all the students took out protest rally under the leadership of college president Mohd. Sajid Malik and vice president Alias Ahmed Banhaly. Before reaching SDM office, the protestors passed through main bazaar of town and raised slogans. The leaders handed over memorandum to SDM and apprise him about the problems being faced by the students, which include hostel facilities fro the students, who come from far flung areas. Students also demanded opening of B.Ed College. SDM assured the students that their problems will be conveyed to the senior authorities.
Students threaten to intensify the agitation of demands are not met in time.
