4/23/2010 12:09:49 AM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 22: JKCA Chairman, Mohammad Aslam Goni today reacted sharply to the judgment of the court and said that the association would examine the verdict and file suitable objections in this regard.
"Some people who have got their vested interests and these are people who have filed the case. These people were the members in purchase committee and its joint secretary had resigned and we had accepted his resignation. We have got an audit conducted and the report of audit we are going to forward to the police for verification of the case," he told Early Times from New Delhi telephonically.
"We are not going to give it up as we will examine the court order what it is. As it is subject to rules, we will see the court order and do whatever subject to rules. We are discharging our duties under rule. These people want to stall the activities. But we will not stop the activities and even the T-20 tournament is not going to be stopped," Goni said.
"Kanyuki Main Delhi Main Hoon, Nahi To Main Logo Ko Dikha Deta Ke Yahi Log Hai Jo Activities Ko Stall Karna Chahte Hai…," he remarked.
