| Dr Thapa delivers lecture at Psychology Deptt | | |

JAMMU, Apr 23: An extension lecture titled "History Taking and Mental Status Examination" held at Department of Psychology, University of Jammu (JU) here today. Dr Jagdish Thapa, HoD Psychiatry, Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu, was the invited as main speaker. He explained the various aspects of mental status examination. The lecture was followed by an interactive session in which Dr Thapa satisfied the queries of the students and scholars of the department pertaining to history of illness in patients and current mental process in diagnosis. Earlier, Dr Arti Bakshi, HoD Psychology, presented the welcome address and introduced the invited speaker and theme of the lecture. The programme concluded with vote of thanks by Assistant Professor Ruby Charak.
