| Employment policy or mockery: Mankotia | | | Early times Report Kathua, Apr 23: "Jammu and Kashmir Panther Party is only the organization of Dogras which plead their problems in the assembly and fight for the cause of Jammuits, it is the morale responsibility of all the Dogras to strengthen the organization to root out discrimination existing since long" said MLA Udhampur, Balwant Singh Mankotia. Addressing delegates meeting organised by District President Ravinder Singh Pathania to review the membership drive launched by the party in Kathua from the last year. He criticize Sher-e-Kashmir employment policy announced by coalition government and said that it is mockery with unemployed youth of state because the formalities and strategy of policy is complicated and confusing. He further said that state coalition government led by Omar Abdullah is crushing future of agriculture technocrats who are working as Rehbar-e-Ziraat. He said state government has given many assurances to regularize the technocrats but are still in the state of dilemma. He regretted that how the government and administration is negligent to play with future of innocent applicant for the post of fourth class in Kathua. He urged upon youth to get organized to make Panthers strong and sound to fight for cause of Jammuites in particular and in general for whole state.
