| Couple commits suicide | | |

JAMMU, Apr 23: In a suicide pact, a man and his wife committed suicide by consuming poison at their residence at Mandrode near Mahanpur in Basohli Thursday night.
Police sources said there was a tiff between Mohinder Singh (27) and his wife Devi (24) over some issue at their residence Thursday evening after which the duo swallowed poison. While Devo died on way to hospital, Mohinder died in the GMC Hospital here. Police had registered a case in this connection.
