| Newborn girl found abandoned in SMGS hospital | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 23:
A one-day-old girl baby was found abandoned in the emergency ward of SMGS hospital today. It was found lying abandoned in the emergency ward by some staff nurses who brought the matter to the notice of their seniors.Official sources said an announcement was then made in ths hospital, but no one came forward to claim the child.
The hospital authorities then lodged a complaint with police, which had registered a case in this connection. Efforts were being made to find out the parents of the day-old girl
child, the sources added.
