JAMMU, Apr 24: City unit of Peoples' Democratic Party's Youth wing was constituted here today under the chairmanship of Rajinder Manhas, State Vice President PDP Youth Wing.
Arun Singh has been appointed President, Anupam Singh as Vice President, Lalit Bhagat as Vice President, Sachin Sharma as General Secretary, Manav Kohli as Secretary, Shakeel Organizing as Secretary, Suresh Kumar as Publicity Secretary, Ravi Kumar Sharma as Cashier
Speaking on the occasion, Rajinder Manhas stressed upon the newly appointed office bearers to work with devotion and zeal.
He said the policies and programmes of PDP should reach the common masses who should be educated that present coalition government failed on all fronts especially control on price rise, tackling of unemployment problem, supply of water and electricity. He asserted that PDP is the only party who could tackle the problems of the people of Jammu region. He advised the new team to work whole heartedly, unitedly and sincerely for strengthening the party at grass root level.
On the occasion several senior leaders of PDP including H R Chargotra, Abdul Rashid Malik, Nadeem Khan, State General Secretary Youth Wing, Riaz Atish State Secretary Youth Wing, Rashpal Billoria, Vikram Singh, Garish Sharma, Kunal Sharma and Pardeep Singh were present.
