| Union Home Minister wanted Kuldeep Khuda to be in Delhi | | | Srinagar, October 15:-The state police in particular and the Government in general will lose the services of a talented officer of the rank of Additional General, Mr Kuldeep Khuda as he has opted for deputation to the central Government. Mr Khuda is at present Additional Director General Intelligence. He has functioned as ADG Armed Police where also he not only promoted discipline but encouraged several extra curricular activities for the men of the police. During the last over one year Mr Khuda had received assurances from men who matter in the Government regarding his elevation to the post of Director General police. But so far those assurances have not materialized. Inside reports said that the Union Home Ministry has appreciated his work as ADG CID and wanted him to be in Delhi on deputation.The state Government has unwillingly agreed to relieve him for deputation to the centre. It is learnt that those in the state Government who have appreciated the contribution of Mr Khuda in various police and intelligence sectors were trying for his elevation as DG police so that he was able to serve the people in Jammu and Kashmir. |
